Coach Jenna will be entering her third year as the Varsity Head Coach at SFHS. In her first season with the War Eagles, the team had an impressive record of 15-6 and made it to the Elite 8 round of the GHSA State Playoffs. In her second season, the Lady War Eagles made it to the Sweet 16 of the GHSA State Playoffs.
Before she began coaching at South, Jenna spent time teaching middle school, coaching other programs in Georgia, and coaching collegiately at Lindenwood University, St. Bonaventure University, and Longwood University. A Georgia native, Jenna is a product of Lambert High School and South Forsyth High School where she was a 4x All County and All State selection, as well as 2x All American. She was also The 2011 AJC Player of the Year. She played collegiately at Johns Hopkins University before transferring amd finishing her career at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC.
While at Winthrop, she was a 2x First Team All Conference selection and a member of the 2015 team that won the Big South Championship- a first in program history. She was named Big South Offensive Player of the Year and capped her career ranking #1 across NCAA Div 1 in goals scored (78) with 3.9 avg goals scored per game her senior season. In the spring of 2020 she was honored, along with 4 other teammates, to the Big South All Decade team.
In addition to coaching, Jenna teaches IB History and AP World History SFHS. Her goal is to reach as many young lacrosse players as she can to help them build the skills and mindset necessary to THRIVE at their current and potential next level of lacrosse and life with the hope that they can achieve success, happiness, and confidence that rivals or surpasses her own.
Coach Reilly is entering her 3rd season as a JV and Varsity Assistant coach at South. Reilly moved to Georgia in 2014 and spent one year playing for the Longhorn Youth Lacrosse program. She was a 4 year member of the Lambert Lacrosse team from 2014-2018 advancing to the state final four in 2017.
While at Lambert, she earned the Coaches Award in 2016 and was an All County, Region, and All State defense selection in 2017. She was named Captain for the 2018 season.
In her college years, Reilly enjoyed coaching with Foco Storm, Mt. Pisgah, Kings Ridge, and Georgia Outlaws. In addition she coached fall ball for Chattahoochee High School.
Reilly is thankful to be coaching at South Forsyth with all the familiar faces and is excited to see what is to come for the team this season!
Coach Sara will be starting her second season as a JV assistant coach. She was born and raised in New Jersey. She began playing lacrosse in 8th grade and quickly fell in love with the sport. In addition to her high school team, she played for an indoor team year-round. Sara earned the Coaches Award her senior year.
After college, Sara moved to South Carolina to attend graduate school to pursue a career in School Counseling and stayed in the state for 7 years. She moved to Georgia in July 2023.
Sara is super passionate about inspiring young girls to believe in themselves and pursue activties that they love. Sports provide so many life skills such as determination, dedication, and teamwork. She is excited to cheer these girls on and help them develop confidence in themselves on and off the field.

Coach Rachael joins South Forsyth High School as a math educator, bringing a decade of experience from Winder-Barrow High School (7 years) and Apalachee High School (3 years). On the field, she played defense for Harrison High School, where her team reached the state playoffs in both 2010 and 2011. In her senior season, the team went undefeated in Region AAAAA Area 1 play, earning the championship title with a 6-0 record. The previous year, they were runners-up with a 5-1 record. Her commitment to excellence both athletically and academically earned her the Wendy’s Heisman recognition at Harrison in 2011.
Rachael helped launch the Oconee Knights Girls' Lacrosse program and coached for two years, contributing to the development of the girls’ team at North Oconee High School. She is passionate about building a supportive and empowering team culture, where each athlete feels valued, challenged, and inspired to grow both on and off the field.
Her coaching philosophy centers on developing well-rounded athletes by fostering resilience, teamwork, and character. She believes that every player has the potential to make a positive impact—not just during games, but in their communities, their classrooms, and their relationships. Her goal is to help athletes find confidence in their unique strengths and joy in shared success.
This year, Coach Rachael will be joined by Jasper, her certified therapy dog, who will be a comforting and cheerful presence at school and lacrosse practices—always ready with a tail wag and some emotional support for the team.
